Take a Look Inside
  • The course is a good fit for estheticians, massage therapists and those starting out who want to work more consciously — with an understanding of the tissue and steadier results in practice.

  • No. The course is clear enough for complete beginners, and at the same time offers enough depth for those who already practise and want to bring order to what they know.

  • The course isn't built on a set of techniques to repeat by rote. Each topic comes in two steps: first the theory — how the tissue works and what lies behind the result — then a separate practical part, focused purely on the hands-on work: position, pressure, direction. First you understand why, and only then do you learn how. That's what lets you work with more confidence and adapt each treatment to the individual client.

  • Yes. Buccal (intraoral) technique has its own dedicated section: which tissues it affects, what it can do, where its limits are, and what to watch for while working. But it isn't taught in isolation — it's part of a complete facial massage protocol that includes tissue preparation, work with the neck and shoulder girdle, and the mid and upper face. You learn to use it not as a standalone trick, but as a meaningful part of a whole treatment.

  • Before we meet in person, you get access to the online course and go through the theory and practice at your own pace. Our time together is then devoted to practice: we work through the techniques, I give you feedback on contact, pressure and hand position, and answer any questions that came up while you were preparing. You arrive ready, so we make the most of our time together.

  • The course is hosted on an online learning platform where all lessons are organised in one place. Each topic is divided into theory and practice. You study at your own pace, return to any lesson whenever you need, and steadily build confidence in every topic.

  • Yes. On successfully completing the course you'll receive a certificate of completion.

  • Yes. The course slots easily into the work you already do — there's no need to rebuild everything from scratch. Each practical lesson is self-contained: you can take a single technique and use it with a client as early as the next day, before you've even finished the course.

  • Everyone comes with different experience and different goals. If you're not sure which format suits you, write to me — together we'll find the option that matches your goals, your experience and what works for you.
